David Faugno has more than 25 years of global financial and business operations experience across a number of technology sectors. Mr. Faugno has a proven track record of building scalable operational infrastructure, leading strategic corporate development initiatives, and communicating effectively with private and public investors. He has served as Executive Vice President—both as CFO and in the Office of the CEO—of Qualtrics, a leader in experience management since October 2017. Prior to joining Qualtrics, he served as the CFO of Barracuda Networks (NYSE: CUDA) where he led the successful acquisition of over 11 companies, including a cross border public tender offer and squeeze out, and ultimately led the company to a successful IPO. Prior to Barracuda, Mr. Faugno served as Senior Director of Corporate Finance – M&A at Cisco Systems, where he participated in dozens of M&A and investment transactions across the transaction lifecycle. Mr. Faugno served as CFO of Actona Technologies, a venture backed company (acquired by Cisco). He also spent eight years with AT&T, in successful sales and finance roles, including four years in London as CFO of the Europe, Middle East and Africa region for AT&T. Mr. Faugno has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of phion A.G, and as a board member and advisor to several technology companies, including 1Password, SentinelOne, and Eagle Eye Networks, as well as Chairman of the Audit Committee at Meltwater BV (EURONEXT: MWTR). He also currently serves as an Executive in Residence at Accel Partners. Mr. Faugno is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds an M.B.A. from Duke University.
